(Read More...)]]> The Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia is a Level 1 Trauma Center that provides care and treatment to patients with critical injuries. For “extra-ordinary” responses that are needed in the field, they dispatch the Trauma Support Unit (TSU). The TSU is a non-transport, non-profit ambulance outfitted to treat the most extreme cases ranging from extended entrapments to field amputations. When TSU needed an iv fluid warmer they chose the Smithworks Soft Sack.
